Health and Safety
At AM Fire Systems, the health and safety of all personnel is of utmost importance.
Our own personnel are all well-versed in safe working practices. These practices are ensured by the creation of job-specific method statements for all work. In addition to this we produce COSSH assessments and give regular tool box talks. Tool box talks are given both at the beginning of projects as well as at various stages over the duration of a project where necessary. This allows us to ensure that any new equipment/techniques are fully understood by all personnel and are carried out in as safe a manner as possible.
It is not only the safety of AM Fire Systems personnel that is considered, but also that of any other personnel on site. By employing safe working methods we ensure that the health and safety of others is not adversely affected by AM Fire Systems. This is also true for members of the public that may be in the vicinity of any site on which AM Fire Systems are working.
To ensure that AM Fire Systems are always working in accordance with ever changing health and safety legislation, we have retained the services of Peninsula Business Services Ltd.
Our accreditation within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is testament to the ongoing success of our proactive approach to health and safety.
