A M Fire Systems has recently completed the new build Walkden Academy School under the building Schools of the Future programme.
A M Fire Systems remit on this 1500 pupil BSF Academy set over 3 floors was to design, install, test and commission a fully automatic sprinkler System in Accordance with BS EN 12845 : 2009 including TB 221 – Sprinkler protection of schools and other associated technical bulletins.
The Project features a sprinkler protected energy centre were the pumps sets are located, connecting underground main and sprinkler protected throughout the three floors.
